Perhaps on the surface your life looks complete — career, family, friendships — and yet something feels missing. Stress, disconnection, and uncertainty follow you home. I know this place well.
As a successful attorney and entrepreneur, I hit that same wall. Despite every external marker of success—a job with professional accolades, marriage, children, family, friends—I was profoundly disconnected from what mattered and it was affecting me and those I cared most about. Thanks to a series of personal and professional crises, I was forced to reassess everything. So in the midst of family and professional life, I set out on a journey and discovered a process and practices that reoriented me toward clarity, connection, and alignment in my life.
What I found now forms the foundation of Useful Frames. The ancient dialogues and present-moment relational practices I use to guide people like you, help anyone willing to find their own clarity and alignment. The best part? The skills needed are already within you — my role is simply to guide you in discovering them for yourself.
